I would go with any character that has at least 1.0 speed and any bonus for warding. It's easier to re-roll for those two stats as they're at the top of the list. Additionally, if they have warding, any level. Speed is one of the hardest stats to raise and one of the most useful, it dictates how many squares they can traverse in a turn and how fast they travel on the overland map. Re-Roll your characters until they get at least.This is straight forward mystic build that can carry you through the game.
